Cultural Neighborhood logo transparent to match homepage background

Edit the existing Cultural Neighborhood logo so that the logo design (shapes and text) stays exactly the same and dark, but the background is completely transparent (no solid color, no checkerboard pattern baked into the image). This way, on the homepage it will sit directly on the existing olive background color of the page and visually match it perfectly.
